Be clear, be concise, be confident, because a confused mind will ALWAYS SAY NO!

This is the  number one rule of sales and marketing, which also applies to many areas of life..

So what does that tell you and what can you do about it..

First, it tells you that you need to be in control of any presentation whether it is a buyer or seller..

Appeasing them is not the answer .. you will either Sell Them Or Be Sold!

Secondly, be very concise and clear when you present to them and the shorter the better..

It's a fact that people's minds wander no matter what after 20 minutes..

Last but not least (maybe the most important) is to CLOSE!

The reason people say NO is they are not clear about what you offer and how great it is..

So even if there is an OBJECTION or a NO you need to know why!

For example " I need to interview another agent"

You should ask WHY .. could be put nicely by saying something similar to " I understand,  but I just showed you how my marketing etc is far above and beyond what others will do, did I miss something?

Maybe you weren't clear, concise or confident with something you said :-)
