There has not been much change in Wilshire Corridor condo sales over the past year, with a median price of $1.1M last yearn and $1,267 this year.
As with pretty much all of Los Angeles the market is moving into buyers' territory and prices are flattening. I will be interesting to see what 2019 brings.
