Whenever there is little or no time left in my day, and a quick post is needed, I take a look at the latest photos on my phone. Many times when busy, I will snap a picture of something as a reminder.

Working with a buyer, we put in an offer on a home. Of course, we asked about the above mess of tubing. Don't worry we will be checking this if and when we get to the inspection stage.
