On Sunday, August 25, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., St Luke’s Presbyterian Church will be presenting harpist, Cristina Montes Mateo. Prior to this popular event, you can come early, picnic on the lawn, and then enjoy a Free Garden Concert.
Cristina Montes Mateo, is an international solo harpist from Spain, and is the principal harpist with Placido Domingo and the LAPhil, as well as at the “Les Arts” Opera House. Cristina is the winner of 6 international awards and a recent winner of the Beverly Hills National Auditions. In Placido Domingo’s words in 2016, “I have met and heard thousands of musicians, but I can highlight only one of them in the harp world: Cristina Montes Mateo.” Come early and enjoy a picnic and later enjoy dessert and coffee hosted by St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church.
