So, what if I am looking at homes in the $250,000 - $300,000 range?  Well, there were a few Pebble Creek homes that SOLD in 2019 for under $300K, but you may have to exercise some patience.  :)

There was a nice 4/2 on Shoal Creek that SOLD for $282,500 and a 3/3 patio home on Stonebriar Circle closed for $247,000 (asking $314,000--listed in Aug 2018, and they closed in April 2019).
