Atlanta Buckhead Midtown area frequently offers neighbors obstacle avoidance adventures while driving with major trees fallen into streets. Not visible in the night time, the huge trees on the roads are accidents waiting to happen!

May 6, 2021 was no exception. After two days of torrential rains, many trees were loose in the ground. This one actually split open and fell across the road. Landing near an intersection, this tree would have been  particularly dangerous if a driver turned into the side street after dark.

Luckily for the homes near the tree, it split towards the road. No damaged roofs this time.

Danny Blankenship, 404-731-6995, owns Automatic Lawn Care, a family-based concern. He and his brother, Chris, and their three crews look after many homes near this fallen tree. Of the nine houses on this block alone, six are his Clients. That tells you of the quality his service delivers!

Not content with only moving the logs, after the men finished demolishing the huge trunk, they used the blower to clear off the soggy bark and slippery strips of wood shards to make the road even more safe.
