The forty two townhomes were built in 1983 to provide the owners with lots of living space and balconies on two levels. The two models of townhomes range from 1235 square feet for the two master bedroom model to 1491 square feet with three bedrooms. Both models have a bonus room on the main level that serves as a guest room or home office. Terraces and balconies offer outdoor space and room for grilling in the summer and al fresco dining.
Kitchens and baths are spacious and may have been recently updated, depending on the current owner.
The Condo Fee at the Lakeshore Townhomes
The condo fee at the Lakeshore Townhomes Condominiums is $273 in 2019 for the 1235 square foot condo townhome and $350 (up from $321 in 2019) for the 1491 square foot townhome. The condo fee includes exterior maintenance, snow removal, and the master insurance policy.
