The lowest price home sold in Ceres during November 2021 was $198,000.   

 

The highest price home sold in Ceres during November 2021 was $855,000

 

The number of total sales for November 2021 was down slightly over November 2020.  The median price was up considerably again this month.  The number of days on the market took a big jump this year.

 

The average number of offers received per listing in November 2021 was slightly more than what seller's received in November 2020.  The average selling price in November 2021 was slightly below asking price in most cases.  This is an interesting statistic since there are still lots of multiple offers but the average home sold for just under asking price. This could be a new trend or maybe just a quirk in the holiday season market. 

 

There are currently only 18 homes listed (Active) for sale in Ceres Ca.  They range in prices from $300,000 for a 1500 sq. ft. fixer on two lots to $1,350,000 for a 3200 + sq.ft home on nearly 9 acres. There are currently 36 homes under contract (Pending) in Ceres Ca.
