Hi Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS - My client will now be living less than 10 minutes from her daughter and grandchildren. She is thrilled. They will have lots of pool time together.

Hi Laura Cerrano - The homes are on large parcels up in the foothills and this one is on a dead end street - no traffic!

Hi Nina Hollander, Broker - Thrilled doesn't completely capture it.  They got permission from the seller to park the moving van at the property the day before closing.  They don't want to waste a second unpacking! 

Hi Michael Jacobs - I didn't want to announce this until I was fairly positive that this would close. It is pending yellow and will close on Monday. 

Hi Brian England - This was one of those transactions with contingencies. So I did not announce it until all contingencies were met and the funds are in escrow.  It closes Monday.  

Hi Grant Schneider - My clients came from Sedona, but family and work is in Cottonwood and Camp Verde. 

Thank you Wayne Martin - With such low inventory, both the seller and buyer had to make accommodations.  This was a true compromise with lots of moving parts. But the finish line is well in sight.

Hi Ed Silva - This property is in the foothills of the Mingus Mountains so there is a gradual ascent up to the property which makes for beautiful views in both east and west directions. 

Hi Joan Cox - I haven't had time to catch my breath let alone go on AR this past week!! YIKES!  New Listing starting tomorrow.  Finished a photo shoot yesterday for another Ranch listing and signed docs for a listing in April.  Got a call for a listing appointment on Monday. 

I had clients in the $2.5m range and they are disappointed.  They feel homes are overpriced and are holding off. I think it is only going to go higher.  I hear another storm is coming.
