This beautiful Highland Home at 9801 Wilderness Road in Oak Point sold to my Buyers on Tuesday 6/28/2022. This is my fourth sale with the same Clients whom I truly adore. New construction was their dream and today it was successfully achieved.
I have collaborated with many different builders, but Highland Homes was exceptional. They followed through, listened to the buyers and were easy to work with. From the very beginning they respected and heard every word the buyers said from beginning to end. With utmost respect, we put our heads together and took copious notes staying dedicated to the project at hand. When suggestions were made it was for the buyer's benefit. Closing on time and keeping communication flowing was exceptional. Collaborating with a Professional Builder directly, Staff, and Project Manager was very efficient and a privilege. Highland Homes in Oak Point strongly believes in best practices by providing quality customized, customer care. That made all the difference. It is a rare opportunity to buy with built in equity before possession beyond anyone's imagination. Patience and persistence paid off and my clients were very satisfied.
What made the difference is the builders always made the building process the Buyers home and never the Builders. It was always known, upfront and throughout the process that they were going to build the Buyer's dream house, to their specifications, wants and needs. What it would cost today on the market would have been significantly higher. The Builder and Project Manager were careful to provide guidance and explain the rational for the integrity of the building structure in ways that were friendly, educational, and helpful. The best part about building your own home during this crazy low inventory, bidding war seller's market, paying over list price, and making additional concessions for the seller's benefit, is that my Buyers were in the driver's seat all the way to the finish line.
I must reiterate, I adore my clients. It was an honor and a privilege to serve their needs again. Together, everyone was dedicated to making the Buyers personal experience a positive one. Pride of ownership was well deserved. Every phase of the design and home building process, from selecting the lot, making selections from the Design Center, being introduced to the neighborhood, meeting future neighbors, to the completion of the project, Highland Homes remained dedicated to making the experience a fond memory. I highly recommend them.
