The real estate market in the Sterling Woods Community remains very strong as the summer rolls ahead and the fall months approach us (August 6, 2008). There are currently two units for sale in the community, one is located in the original section and one is the newer section. The unit is the original section is currently offered at $375,000. It features two bedrooms, a main level den, recently finished lower level family room and a 2 car garage.This unit just came on the market 8 days ago. The current active unit (8/6/08) is Sterling Woods II is offered at $329,900. This acorn model (2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths) has been updated with new laminate floors, new kitchen appliances, new light fixtures and has been freshly painted. It has been on the market for only 3 weeks.
There are 2 units (1 Beechnut Model offered at $359,900 and 1 Acorn Model offered at $329,900) under deposit. The Beechnut model took about 2.5 months to under deposit whereas the small Acorn model was just over 1 month. There is 1 unit pending. It is a Chestnut Model and it is offered at $369,900. The unit did go under deposit in only 22 days and then about 30 days to go to contract.
