When we list your property take advantage of our new program. If we do not have a contract on your house with in 90 days from the listing date we will reduce our commission by 1/2 a percent. If there is no contract within 180 days we will reduce our rate another 1/2 percent. Anything above 180 days we will further reduce by 1/2 a percent.
