Outside of the information about me on my Profile, I wanted to share the following as my 1st official Post on Active Rain.
I have found that a career in Real Estate Sales is very demanding. Although the hours are very flexible, I find myself working late into the night answering Lead requests from all over the world. Weekends frequently involve escorting clients or holding Open Houses.
I am also the New Bern Area Representative for RealtyTrac, so I regularly deal with clients wanting to enter the Foreclosure arena. It's often an uphill battle convincing them that although they have seen the informercials for $300.00 homes, those 'bargains' are few and far between.
I love the work, I love the people I work with here at RE/MAX, and I love meeting the variety of Clients that pass through my doors from all over the Country.
