I have a builder who is the best of the best for two ultimate reasons;
First, this builder meets my snobby, stuck up standards of perfection. I've hired this builder to build my own homw. Hands down he is the best builder that I've ever met.
THERE IS EMPERICAL DATA supporting Scott Van Duzor as the best of the best as well. For the last two years Scott has entered and won the best home as selected from the more than 30,000 people who've gone through the homes entered in the Illinois Luxory Home Tour in Illinois.
CONGRATULATIONS TO SCOTT VAN DUZOR AND VANDUZOR CONSTRUCTION!!!!
Although Scott does luxury homes, he'll do add on's, basements, re-habs, first time homebuyer homes and all the way up to the super luxory.
Most people would never work with their builder again after building a home over a long time period. That's exactly the opposite with our builder. We'd do it again, in a New York second. Our Architect????? That's a whole different story,and another post. But when you meet the best of the best....you need to share it with everyone.
A COUPLE OF COOL THINGS ABOUT SCOTT:
1) One of the most honorable and honest men you've ever seen;
2) Integrity is his middle name;
3) He worked to save costs for us. We went over our budget, but are pleased that we had someone who really fought for my family and I;
4) There were some punchlist items that we've needed to deal with. Most buiders are ghosts after they get paid. He was there for us...and still is;
5) Quality and workmanship.....see the other homes he has built. Click on the marvelous pictures. I've been in two of his homes.....IT REALLY IS WORTH THE CLICK.
