Being an investor for 20 years before I became a Realtor is what sets me apart.  That is knowledge I bring to the table in representing you.  Early in my real estate career I felt it was important to add credibility by earning my certifications.

I'm in that exclusive group (5% nationally) that have earned their CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).  I also have my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and my GRI (Graduate Residential Institute).  These are designations that require committment and many classroom hours.  This is the foundation of a knowledgable real estate professional.
