I love Real Estate and Finance. My pet peeve is stock market. You pick a good stock and no matter what..it goes down. I learned I am very good at short selling. Besides that, I love to write blog posts about real estate and finance. I think I should stick to that more than day trading. But...that could be another post in the future.
