 Latest news on the Indian Land real estate market in April 2021 and what it means for you...   It's all about inventory in Indian Land, South Carolina. Or more accurately, it's all about the lack of inventory in Indian Land. The Indian Land  (29707 zip code) housing market remained a seller's market in April with just 0.7 months supply of inventory overall, down 74.1% from 2 months in April 2020.  Housing inventory was down 72.4% in April year-over-year, coupled with a 30.6% decrease in new listings year-over-year. New construction inventory, long a staple of Indian Land housing, was down 91.1% year-over-year. Latest news on the Indian Land real estate market in March 2021 and what it means for you...   The Indian Land, South Carolina (29707 zip code) housing market remained a seller's market in March with just 0.6 months supply of inventory overall, down 76.9% from 2.6 months in March 2020. The months supply of resale home inventory was even lower at 0.4 months down from 2.2 months one year ago. Housing inventory was down 73.7% in March year-over-year, coupled with a 19.7% decrease in new listings year-over-year.   Walnut Creek Neighborhood in Indian Land/Lancaster, SCReal Estate Snapshot:  Quarter 1 - 2021  Walnut Creek Single Family Home Sales Review: Q 1 - 2021 45  single family homes sold in Walnut Creek in the 1st quarter 2021 -- four more than in the same quarter one year ago.  New listings in Walnut Creek decreased to 42 with 23 fewer homes listed compared with one year ago.   Homes sold 53 days more quickly in the 1st quarter 2021 than in 2020.   The Retreat At Rayfield Neighborhood In Indian Land, SCReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: 1st Quarter 2021 The Retreat at Rayfield saw the number of sales increase by two in the 1st Quarter 2021 versus the same quarter in 2020. The Retreat at Rayfield had two fewer listings for sale in the 1st Quarter 2021 compared with the same quarter one year ago. The fourth quarter had one listing more in the 4th quarter 2020 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Both average and median home prices decreased compared with the first quarter 2019, as did listing prices. The decrease in home prices is not due to a dimunition of homevalues in The Retreat At Rayfield.
