About Us:

Certified as a Residential Inspector by American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT), the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), as well as the International Code Council (ICC).    I pride myself on customer service.  Inspections can be scheduled during any daylight hour, any day of the week - at the client's convenience.

As a small, home-owned and operated company, I can promise you the customer service you deserve and need.  As a Home Inspector, I feel my goal is not to necessarily find something "wrong" with the home, but to uncover everything about it.  Only then can I educate the new owner about their purchase.   • STANDARD Buyer's inspection - Using experience, technology, and hard work, we will learn everything about your prospective home. 
  • PREMIUM - STANDARD Inspection Plus ++ - will, on request, atend the final walk-through with the buyer and/or agent, will meet with the new owners after they have moved in, and will perform a six-month maintenance inspection to see how the property is adjusting to the new owners. GREAT for Internet buyers and Relocations.
