DON'T LET YOUR HOUSE SIT ON THE MARKET EMPTY! Professionally staged homes sell 78% faster than empty homes and there are definitereasons. Only 10% of the prospective homes buyers have any vision, empty lacks warmth,nothing to detract from negatives.....and the list goes on. I did a Partial staging in the Kitchen pictured below, I advised the home seller we needed a complete Vacant staging......Kitchen & Nook area after completed Vacant Staging.....see the difference it is warmer and more inviting.....

The listing agent asked me to talk to this couple about getting their home ready to sell. He felt the extra clutter and some of the outdated features of the house would delay the sell of the house and he was right. I gave them a lots of suggestions for making the house look more appealing to buyers. I also spent a great deal of time explaining why its important to do these things.
