Today we had a very special REDS meeting. We invited some of our local and future state represenatives in to speak. These are also the legislators that our State Association has recognized as REALTOR friendly, and help us at the state level Protect Home Ownership. Nancy Williams one of our WVAR Directors and myself are picturd below with them. We were also happy to have Ray Jospeh the WVAR Executive Officer attend and speak to us on some of our upcoming challanges, and potential solutions. It was a great event!

I find that everyone has a different answer to this question. I understand that it may depend on what type of transaction it is, if its a foreclosure you typically aren't going to get anything fixed, and if its a luxury property then everything may get addressed. I am just suprised how different agents view this for all the transactions that fall in the middle of this area.

Last friday, we had a bake sale for Charity. It was part of our company wide community day initiative, to help give back to the communities that we live and work in. It was a huge success, we raised about one thousand dollars total, that will be divided between three great charities. Our charites were CCAP (local food bank), The Womens Shelter, and the United Way. It was a great experience, it always feels good to give back to the community that has given us so much over the years. I can't wait for our next community day! Thanks Aaron
