With a little sweat equity you could be in with the crowd of folks that will be saying..."I am so Glad I bought when I did!!!" and thats because of 3 major things; low home prices due to the abundance of inventory and forclosures. The cost of $$$ is also super cheap and because the likely hood of this oppurtunity to raise its head again will, in my opinion not be for 30 years!!!

Someone elses loss could be your gain. A worry free home that was rebuilt to last the homeowner forever as he never planned on moving. 1 1/2 yrs later thing change and he has decided to relocate with his partner to ggeener pastures. This house is a great buy. Its on my street on I can see it frommy window. its extremley well kept as is the whole street. Silver Ridge neighborhood established in 64' is close to GSP, The Hospital,down down district....yoiu name it its 5 minutes away. Super location!!!!! Super home!!!! Now I just need some super neighbors!!!
