After years of doing their yearly duty in Sears & Roebuck, San Antonio, Mary, Joseph, The Three Wisemen, Shepherd, animals and of course Baby Jesus moved to Comfort, Texas in 1975 (donated by former Sears employee, Bill Bates). Mr. Bates is the grandfather of our own Buyer's Agent, Jamie Middleton.

This year it has seemed that rainbows are far and between what with very little rain hitting our beautiful state, but there is one place you are almost always able to find a rainbow and that is near a waterfall. When you think of waterfalls, you probably don’t think of Texas, Hawaii yes, Niagara Falls, obviously, but Texas? Yes, we have some beautiful ones:
Hamilton Pool located in Dripping Springs, Texas. Designated a historic swimming hole in 1990 it is an offshoot of the Pedernales River. The Hamilton Creek spills out over the limestone creating a 50 foot waterfall.

Just thought you might be interested in seeing some numbers that recently came out about San Antonio. I think that it shows what a strong area we are living in and why everyone wants to live here.
The Housting Affordabilitiy Index for San Antonio 3Q 2010 showed that a Median Priced Home in the SA area was $157,900, in the state of Texas, $151,600 and in the U.S. $177,900.
