With the fourth of July around the corner and summer in full swing I thougt it might be time to revisit the teeny tiny bikini subject.  After a particularly traumatic color experience yesterday I felt the need to repost this blog...I love my job, I love my job.....

DOES THE HOUSE COME WITH THE TV?
I first posted this blog about a year and a half ago but it is always a relavent topic when preparing a home for sale.  Televisons seem to be getting bigger and bigger each year.  The bigger TVs have become so affordable to most that they are common place.  They have gotten so big that Tim "the tool man" Taylor would grunt his approval!

It's Time.  You are ready to put your home up for sale.  But are you really ready?  I mean is your house or condo really ready?  Many sellers don't do the math before they list their property.  Meaning they don't evaluate what it is they are selling and how it adds up to potential buyers once the listing campaign begins.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY...AUGUST...SEPTEMBER...
Yes, it's time once more for my rant about year round holiday lighting....
Moving here six years ago from the Midwest, it was an adjustment around holiday time.  Palm trees and 80-90 degree temperatures made it quite hard for me to get in the Christmas spirit. Even after all this time, it is strange.
It seems others here do not have this problem and they celebrate the season throughout the year... year after year.  They love it so much that they continue the celebration even when their home is on the market.
