activerain: BLOG content IDEAS that will inspire you and your readers... - 11/10/09 01:03 AM
When I think of a BLOG I associate it with the word IDEA.

Information - your blog content, an online journal of information, content that fulfills your subsribers and potential client's needs.
Dedication - to blogging, your real estate business, to clients, and to your subscribers.
Evolution - Real Estate and blogging are constantly evolving.
Association - being on a network like AR we are able to connect and associate with link minded professionals as well as extend our reach with social media sites with people we may have never met otherwise.

Isn't it funny how we seem to … (16 comments)

activerain: Using Your Blog to Enhance Relationships ~ How I do it...What I get from it...More importantly ~ What you can get from it... - 10/29/09 08:00 AM

This post was inspired by Bob Stewarts Blog Challenge when he asked the question "How do you use your  blog to enhance your existing relationships with clients and prospects?"  I have four examples that I want to share that I hope will encourage others to be an active member of this community.
I have used my blog posts (and what I consider to be another version of my websites) to generate interest in my marketing and virtual assistant services as well as provide ideas on how my prospects, readers  and clients can extend their reach and provide great customer service to … (6 comments)

My Advice to Consumers Reading ActiveRain Blogs - The Real Estate Industry has Lots of Positives

I think it's safe to say we've all been hurt before - whether in a relationship, business, and just from experiences we've had.  The memories that can come back to us when we relive those experiences can be quite painful and often leave us feeling cautious about trusting anyone.  I know on many of my blog posts people have shared some of the negative feelings that they have experienced and are aware of when it comes to the real estate industry and how … (47 comments)

activerain: What word would you use to describe Social Media Networking ? Numbers? Strategy? Marathon? Connection? (Insert your word) - 07/31/09 04:31 AM

When it comes to Social Media you have your Followers (Twitter), your Fans or Friends (Facebook), your Connections (LinkedIn) or your Subscribers (Activerain or other blogging network.)  With all the many ways we have available to interact with people, I started thinking about
what are my goals when it comes to social media networking?
In the last week or so I've read many posts about either why someone has made the decision to not use other forms of social media networking or has fully embraced this medium with great results.
I believe it comes down to a personal choice for … (20 comments)

activerain: Life just doesn’t come with an instruction manual but we can still provide great content and lessons… - 05/21/09 05:26 AM

Over the last few days I visited with my parents in Boston.  As many of my friends here know my dad was recently diagnosed with cancer and will have a long and tough battle to fight.  During my visit I watched my dad, a man of great determination, faith and fight in him, realize that his life was changing.  Some of his choices have been taken away from him but he does still have choices.
He can choose to live life as fully as he had before his diagnosis or he could choose to give up.  As he goes through his … (13 comments)

THANK YOU just doesn't seem to be enough to express my feelings when I think about all the people - my readers, subscribers associates and commenters who have helped me achieve a milestone that back on August 23, 2008 I couldn't even imagine coming true.

activerain: Great posting sites/tools to increase your search engine juice and your chances of consumers finding you - 02/09/09 12:09 AM
As I mentioned in my last post,http://activerain.com/blogsview/914035/How-to-ensure-your-sites-come-up-when-customers-are-searching-for-real-estate-services, I promised to come back and share with you some great sites to post your listings and services to increase the potential for consumers to find you.  Many of the sites are in fact free to post, some are not, but what I have discovered is that most of them increase our chances of being found on the internet and provide great traffic stats for us to share with clients - that is after all who we are trying to satisfy and what will ultimately build our business in the best possible way - … (45 comments)
