Would it not be so sad if you didn't have any? I sure think so-
  As I sit at my desk today in my new office at Main Street Breckenridge I think how grateful I am for so many things in my life. One of the most satisfying thoughts I have is how many great friends I have here in Summit County Colorado. The Blue is one of my favorites. Why? It's just the right size, easy to access, close to Breckenridge, Keystone and Frisco, and a great place for fishing, canoeing or kayaking. From the dam at Dillon Reservoir all the way to Kremmling (something like 38 miles) the Blue is a Gold Medal Stream.

Existing-home sales increased in August, even with ongoing tight credit and appraisal problems, along with regional disruptions created by Hurricane Irene, according to the National Association of Realtors®. Monthly gains were seen in all regions.

Total existing-home sales1, which are completed transactions that include single-family, townhomes, condominiums and co-ops, rose 7.7 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.03 million in August from an upwardly revised 4.67 million in July, and are 18.6 percent higher than the 4.24 million unit level … (0 comments)
