As we watch tonights Democratic debates, how does one choose who will represent us?  It certainly can not be based on promises because what they say and what they deliver isn't up to them.
My concern is that unless the President can rally the legislators to support a practical & rational position, it doesn't seem to really matter who the president is.  We have seen this now as the Democrats control the House & Senate.  My concern with Barak Obama and John Edwards is that I believe that the economy, foreign relations, immigration, and IRAQ, are heavy issues that will require attention by a heavy weight.  I … (0 comments)

As a life long Bears fan, it gives me great pleasure to see a team that lost to the Bears twice in 2007 continue to move closer to the Big Game.  With little to cheer about this football season, seeing the Packers in the Super Bowl and perhaps win would might take some of the chill out of one of the cold winter nights. Of course if they make it and loose, I might even feel better.  But first this Chicago fan must continue to wonder what the Bulls, Hawks, Wolves, Fire and Cubs will do to give me indigestion.

Do you keep in contact with your past clients and farm?  If so, here is a suggestion that could be of siginficant value to those homeowners.  Hope this helps - Consider contacting past clients that may have selected an adjustable rate loan to buy their home and anyone that purchased within the last few years.
