Very frustrating, twice this week I have had an agent schedule a showing for one of my occupied listings. The first was Jim Hunley of Trademark Realty. I checked his stats through my mls, and it appears he is a newer agent perhaps because I could not find many closed transactions. The second, was a nightmare from the beginning. An assistant called to schedule an appointment for Ben Wilson of Vision Realty. I asked if Ben would be the person showing and she confirmed. Apparently there was a switch in the team member who would be showing. The team member was unable to make the showing due to a prior committment. Of course both agents apologized profusely to me. It is my client you should apologize to. Seriously, this level on unprofessionalism gives us all a bad name. With technology you can easily shoot a text as a courtesy. To go further, the no show agent obviously has the address and it would go a long way to drop an apology note in the mail. Just another example of what not to do.
