2 Years of Struggle & Success – Happy Anniversary Keller Williams & The Ballen Group 2 Years ago this month I was blindly and happily working at another brokerage. My husband and I had been Rookies of the year, and Top Agents in the company during our lifespan there. We were happy doing our 45 deals a year because we didn’t know any better. Something happened.
