Long before Trulia had Realtor profiles, I started putting all my listings on Zillow (10 years +) along with a detailed profile and had recomendations from past clients. Several years ago I added most to Trulia so many were on both sites; Zillow and Trulia. A couple of days ago Zillow sent me an update on several closed sales telling me the values has increased.
