Well this is really not a secret but it is a great idea I didn't think about prior to hearing about it through Paul Endress' Maximum Advantage. Paul's focus is on discovering a persons core values so that you can focus on that to know what values drive their decisions. One of the tips he shared which can trigger a persons historical values is probably the simplest one I've heard of. I know there are agents or home owners that like to bake cookies in the over prior to an open house and that certainly can trigger memories for people and their childhoods. This tip (3 comments)

Franchise VS Private Office - 06/14/07 02:43 PM
Anyone prefer one over the other? I was with several Franchises who took 6-9% off the top with office administration fees included. It seemed like I wasn't getting the the value for that added cost to my commission. One Franchise I was with had great floor tiime where I made most of my connections but there were other issues that arose that caused me to leave. I would go back if it weren't for those other issues. I am now with a private company that doesn't have a lot of listings so there are not a lot of calls. I am generating my (1 comments)

I purchased this book through EBAY. It has some great information and they will update the information via email when there are updates. Great Techniques in an easy to read format. If interested go to EBAY and type in 'Guerilla Credit' in the search box.
