home selling: Fighting those dirty grouts - simple fix, big difference

Over time grouts just pick up dirt and don't look fresh any more - this is just the natural life of tiled floors and backspalshes in the kitchen. But when selling your home you want them to look fresh. Have you tried scrubbing and cleaning them over and over again and are still dissatisfied with the results? That happens all too often. A simple solution is using a regular White Out - yes, the stationary white out. Just use the little brush in the bottle and touch up the grouts and immediately wipe off any excess.
