Are you ready to take advantage of the New Homebuyer Tax Credit? Congress has passed and the president is scheduled to sign into Law today an extension and an expansion of the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. The First Time Home Buyer Taz Credit was due to expire November 30th of this year. Thanks to a thoughtful congress this credit will now be expanded to home sales that are under contract by May 1st 2010 and close by no later then July 1st 2010.
