Sandy Amphitheater, Plays,  Broadway Musicals, Concerts and Entertainment.  Last night was my first time attending the Sandy Amphitheater.  Now I'm asking myself why I waited so long to go.  About 5 minutes from my house the Sandy Amphitheater is a fabulous place.  The amphitheater was easy to get to (I drive by it almost everyday) clean, wtih a friendly staff and a fabulous performance.  They have a large concession stand and offer everything from premier seating to lawn (blanket or chair areas to choose from) .  Its a very affordable way to spend an evening.

Grace Lutheran School, Sandy Utah: Back to School Picnic.  Todays the day Grace School opens its doors for all students pk3- 8th grade.   Drop off this morning was CRAZY, the parking lot was full and there was a buzz in the air.  Everyone was dressed nice in their new uniforms, ready to start their first day back. Our new principal Mrs. Neward was meeting and greeting everyone.  Parents were taking pictures of their kids off to the first day of school while others were dropping off their older ones and running off to work.

Salt Lake County Utah median home prices.  The second quarter of 2011 has seen many cities still seeing a decline in prices and volumne sold have we finally hit bottom?       While a lot of the zip codes are seeing another down arrow for the second quarter of 2011 A few areas are starting to see an increase.  Could this mean we've hit bottom and now we will start stabilizing and seeing a Real Estate Recovery in Salt Lake County?  I think so, while we may still hit some hiccups along the way I believe we are going to … (0 comments)

Utah Real Estate Recovery News up and down the Wasatch Front.  4th quarter numbers have just been released by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.   The cities with the highest volume are the cities I feel have hit the bottom and are on their way to recovering.  Its unbelievable that you can purchase a beautiful single family residence in the Taylorsville area for an average price of 138,000 wow!   The median home price along the Wasatch Front hits just under the 200,000 dollar mark.

Healthy Lunch Ideas as our kids head back to school.  Next week my kids head back to school and we just found out our hot lunch program has been cancelled.  My kids have always preferred hot lunch and its been easy for me.  No scrambling thinking about whats for lunch today and what to pack.  I found a great article in Good Housekeeping featuring some easy healthy lunch ideas and choices.

Sandy Utah Home SOLD! Yippee, Gotta love it when a deal comes together. Finally and believe me this home had its challenges.  The sellers went on vacation during the middle of the deal neglecting to tell their agent or to consider this during negotations and happened to fall during two of our deadlines.  The sellers also disappeared after they signed papers and went on another vacation.  The only problem with this is that they still weren't moved out....
