VA (Veteran) Jumbo Loans Nationwide - 07/21/08 03:14 AM
If you have a veteran eligible customer who needs a VA Jumbo Loan, there is a program called the Super Max VA Home Loan program which offers higher loan amounts to qualified borrowers to obtain a VA home loan up to a maximum of $1,000,000.  In conjunction with the Veterans Benefits Act of 2004 which increased the maximum VA loan amount for eligible Veterans to $417,000 ($625,500 in AK & HI), qualifying customers can now apply for a VA Loan up to $1,000,000 utilizing the VA Super Max program.
Veterans with good credit & money down currently qualify for a current 6.5% Rate.
