Well, here we go gain, more new tech, will it catch on in the Real Estate industry, well time will tell.  

The Apple IPAD will roll off store shelves starting April 3rd , 2010 only Days away, will you be in line to pick one up.

Coming up with a great technology product or service is only half the battle these days. Creating a name for said product that is at once cool but not too cool or exclusionary, marketable to both early adopters and a broader audience, and, of course, isn't already in use and protected by various trademarks and copyright laws is difficult - to say the least.

MacWorld Expo 2010 is about to kick off in San Francisco
 
Sadly this year I'll be unable to attend.  However, I look back fondly on my memories of last years Expo, so many new products for us Mac addicts, some great Tweet-ups, experiencing the City by the Bay and the announcement that Apple would not be attending in 2010.  Would this news spell the end of MACWorld Expo, there was much controversy but here we are again on the cusp of another great Expo.

An Airdrie high school student was lucky to avoid injury after he claims his Apple iPhone internally combusted and began smoking, hissing and expanded in his hand before he threw it to the ground.
The student said he  was texting on the phone when it suddenly got hot and began expanding, it started to smoke a bit and then combusted inside .
He said he threw the phone to the ground where it burnt the floor and melted a nearby electrical cord, resulting in the school being evacuated and the Airdrie fire department called in.
