Val Vista Lakes Waterfront Home in Gilbert Wanted for Buyer Inventory of waterfront homes, and non waterfront homes is very low in Val Vista Lakes today. Currently there are only three waterfront homes for sale in Val Vista Lakes. Two are beautiful homes priced in the one million dollar plus range, and one home priced at slightly over five hundred thousand dollars. See links to these properties below. Hidden Cove is a sub community within a sub community of Val Vista Lakes, a Master Planned Lake community that sits on four man made lakes. Hidden Cove is well hidden and only has 7 homes. In fact those 7 homes are not on the same block. If you look for a sign that says Hidden Cove, you won't find one. Hidden Cove is well hidden.

Near Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert AZ, where I live and have my real estate business, all of the sidewalks are set up for wheel chair access. However, I guess that's pretty much the same across the country now. But, there aren't many places to go, when you gotta go. Val Vista Lakes is a Master Planned Lake Community located in Gilbert AZ at Baseline and Val Vista Drive. The 30,000 square foot resort-like clubhouse has many amenities for residents of all ages to enjoy.
