Between May 2014 and May 2015 for Weston, MA, the number of sales closed on single-family homes decreased by 35.3%, while the average sales price increased 3.9%. The number of days of the houses on the market increased by 138.1% and new listings in Weston increased by 15%.
As for condominium properties in the area, the sales had no change, and the average sales price did not change as well. The number of days on the market for condos in Weston remained the same, and the number of new listings decreased by 40%.

Comparing the months of January 2014 and January 2015 in Weston, MA, the number of closed sales of single-family homes increased by 42.9% and the average sales price increased
minimally, by 4.5%. The number of days on the market decreased by 2.4%, and the number of new listings in the area decreased by 47.6%.
