I am thinking about and planning to talk to my fellow realtors about communication and how to avoid misunderstandings. Since I'm also a parent, wife , and dog-owner, I have alot of experience in miscommunicating. Sometimes, the simpler the communication , the greater the chance of  confusion.  Have you ever gone shopping with your husband/ child/ friend and had this experience?  A simple I'll meet you on the corner at 3:00. It's now 1:00. Let's synchronize our watches so we don't miss one another....

You know the rest of the story.  You arrive back at the same corner where you synchronized your watches at 2:55 PM. You're early. Ten minutes, fifteen minutes pass.  Finally, you spy your spouse a half-block away going into a book store...

Anyways, there are many barriers to communications, language being one. I couldn't stop laughing at this You Tube.

So, please enjoy. It's baseball, too.
