With our prolonged winter I've been anxiously listening for one sound to let me know spring is here. Today while I took my afternoon stroll along the Occoquan River I heard it. The unmistakeable call of an Osprey.
I scanned the sky and the tree line until I found what I was looking for.

My neighbor Carmen has an amazing green thumb. Anyone walking through the neighborhood stops to look at all of the amazing flowers and vegtables she has growing throughout the year. Yesterday during the rain I stopped to...yes smell the flowers. Even though the calendar says it's fall the roses are still blooming.

Today was double down day in Belmont Bay in Woodbridge VA. No I'm not talking about a great hand of poker but the closing of two of my Belmont Bay listings.
