I get an accepted offer for $145,000 and I find out a new agent does a BPO on this and it comes in at $194,000 and I could not believe it. This is a home that is built extremely cheep, has no A/C, the heat has to be manually turned on in every room, no entrance from the garage to the home, small yard, driveway was poored wrong and has all chipped up, basically the home is not worth that price.
