Checking Your List Twice - 12/26/10 11:17 PM
Here's a thing I do annually, and you may already do it, but if not...here goes:
Yes, it's true, in order to meet goals, you must make a list. Assuming that you already make a list, it's that time of year to set yourself up for things to come, and pat yourself on the back for things that you've already done.
The last thing to do for this final week of 2010, and the first thing to do (prior to the upcoming year of 2011) for me,  is get out my list of things to do...the proverbial check list.

Professions that encourage stealing. We Have a few here in Charlotte - 12/21/10 09:45 PM
First, Stealing is a relative term.
It's perfectly fine to Steal in Baseball. "The runner stole second base !"
It's not good to Steal from a bank (your could get shot)
But it is good to steel yourself from danger.
And here is the punch line - Never think you can steal a home...Bad mindset.
Think in terms that you can win a home based on the offer given.
Because, I work with winners rather than those who steal, I can sleep at night.
Remember, Stealing is a relative term.

I remember when we got him. I was his fishing buddie.
I still picture the kids wide eyed with excitement when he arrived.
It was a Kodak moment
Everybody claimed him. He then made the rounds. The kid's Buddies oohed with jealousy and clamored to their parents for their own little dog.
Sleep overs in various bedrooms were the rage (and sometimes arguments). He knew every friend and every bedroom.
The kids grew older, found other hormonal and economic interests, and thankfully moved on.

I love reading the "gloom" emitted from sages of Masters on Housing. Death becomes them :)  It makes the end of the world inconsequential Granted, Housing took in the neck from the bubble market  ...but you never realize market gains at the top of the market...It's always at the bottom. Here is the skinny on why this is the time to buy.   #1. It can't go much lower. Try not wait for the "ultimate timing". You will miss  it.  Some homes are selling so low, that you can't even buy the materials  required to construct a home ... let alone finish it … (17 comments)
