Previously I posted a blog about homes and lots for sale in Little Bear Village. Since that time Fischer has expanded the number of homes they can build in Little Bear Village.
There are several lots available in this subdivision. It is one of the closest subdivisions to all the available shopping on Polaris Parkway and located next to Little Bear Golf Course.
