Weather forecast is very good for all three days , so bring the Sun Screen, picnic lunch and have a great time.

Home Buyers and Sellers are not Happy! - 03/16/10 10:32 AM
I just read an alarming report that claims only 22% of Home Buyers/Sellers are Happy with Their Agent - Look at the top two reasons
  The study goes like this
 64% of sellers said "the house took too long to sell"  
 51% said, "We didn't get the price we wanted."
So, the disaster on Wall Street has been neatly transferred onto the backs of real estate agents. , The public's anger at the financial crisis has trickled down to those not responsible for it.

Wintry weather hurts pending homes sales - 03/04/10 08:22 PM
 Sales are down and additional declines are expected from abnormal weather conditions, according to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).The Pending Home Sales Index a forward-looking indicator based on contracts signed in January, fell 7.6 percent to 90.4 from an upwardly revised 97.8 in December, however, it's still 12.3 percent higher than January 2009 when it was 80.5.
