~ I Helped My Clients Spend Over $20,000 Thursday ~

My clients, referred by an ActiveRain member, are purchasing a new Meritage Home in the Sorrel Ranch subdivision in Aurora.  The buyers liked that their new home energy efficiency and construction was top notch and the lot sizes in Sorrel Ranch were larger than many other new home areas we viewed before they settled on this one.  They did have to downsize since home prices here … (7 comments)

arapahoe county: The Call of the Coyote - 10/16/11 06:19 PM
~ The call of the Coyote ~
For the last several evenings and nights, I have had my attention drawn away from whatever it was that I was doing, to the eerie screech, yell and howl of the coyotes that call the path behind my house their home.  I have been woken up by them several times in the last few days.  I decided to do some research.  They mate in late winter (January through March), so it is not a mating call.  It is not a "normal " howl.  It's a high pitched screech that you will never forget once … (12 comments)

~ Why Do I Need A Home Inspection?  I'm Buying New Construction. ~

A home inspector is an unbiased pair of eyes checking the mechanicals, … (8 comments)

~ Why Should You List Your Home During the Holidays? ~
If you are planning on selling your home and are thinking about waiting, you may want to think again.  I have a list of reasons why.
~ The buyers looking for homes right now are serious buyers and not just looking to see what is out there.  This is important to you because the showings you do have, you know they are in the market to BUY a home, not just look to see what is out there.
