Life on the Northshore of New Orleans

Our inventory has not been this good in a very long time. While prices seem to be flat, amazing interest rates may hold thru the election. This is great news for motivated buyers AND sellers.

Debbie & Beth use the TMO report to track days on the market, average sales price, days on market, how many properties are gonig pending and some key statistics. What do you use to track your market???
