Tour de Mourvedre in El Dorado Hills Tonight I was fortunate to attend the Tour de Mourvedre wine tasting in El Dorado Hills at our Welcome Center.  I learned that mourvedre is a type of grape that is used for the most part in blends but in our local wine region, we are starting to see it stand on its own.  There were 10 wineries there tonight pouring their Mourvedre wines tonight and they were quite tasty! I hadn't thought about this, but Russel Ray, a home inspector in San Diego makes some great points here about moving into a vacant home.  With all the bank owned and many of the short sales today the homes are vacant and you could face similar issues.  As Russel says, be prepared!
