There were approximately 300 people at CentraLand Title Company's sixth annual economic summit in Temple Texas on Firday, May 17, 2013. The speaker was Dr Dotzour, Chief Economist for the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M. He commented that since the financial shock of 2008, Americans have paid off debt, seen net worth restored and regained their capacity for credit. He commented that the local economy is steady, and that people want to buy again.
