In March, Dublin made a bit of a comeback having sold 27 single family detached homes after experiencing 2 months of decreased sales. In January, only 17 homes were sold, and in February, just 14. Last year, there were a total of 31 closed sales in February. The average sales price increased by %17, from $500,000 in February to $583,000 in March. This has been the highest average sales price here in Dublin since August 2011.
