The current inventory has single family actives doubling the attached dwellings (condos/town homes) and less than 30% of the total units built. The upside down affect if you will. As you may have noticed the snow stopped last night sometime around 10PM. While most television news broadcasts will say that we only got six inches of snow, we actually (with snow drifts) received a heck of a lot more than that. In many areas, I saw snow drifts as high as 4-5 feet. That being said, the City of Loveland by 9AM this morning had plowed all of our streets (with the exception of Plum Creeks alley). Comparing this to last year..... no comparison. Steve's Landscaping was here this morning and by 10AM had cleared approximately 1/4 of the communities … (0 comments)

When I bought my house in High Plains Village, I was trying to get my arms around the whole Environmental Center thing. After all, I never walked the trails, saw the lakes or took a bird watching tour with the HPEC staff. So, from my standpoint, the value of the HPEC meant nothing to me. In fact, I may have even questioned the .02% fee that is mandatory to live in High Plains Village and chalked it up to another way for someone to collect money from me. While I am not a big fan of cliche's, I can tell you that Happy Thanksgiving is so much more than happy and thanksgiving. Today is a very special day, a day when every human can give thanks (in their own way) and find something to be thankful for or to appreciate some of the positives in one's life. Today is like every other day with the exception of reflecting on those things that we feel especially blessed to have in our lives.
