Thank you Glenn Miles.  The North Idaho area is 'under construction' just about everywhere you turn.  Improvements are badly need on the infrastructures (streets, etc).

It is said that to do what you love and the money will follow.  Let's rephrase that, live where you love and a happy and fulfilling life will follow.

What's not to love about North Idaho?  It's never too hot and it's never too cold. 

In the summer, with our wonderfully dry, non-humid temperatures at an average balmy 88*, it's a pleasure being here.  When we warm up just a bit, grab your swimsuit and towel and take a 5 minute trip to the beach - we have beaches just about everywhere, on multiple lakes and rivers, all surrounding the entire area.

In the winter, if you think you might be cold, jump on a snow mobile or slap on your ski's and get outside and get active.  The stunning beauty is enough to take your breath away every day of the year.
